Every bride has their own unique flare that they put on their dress. It could be small things like a simple necklace or they can be very ornate pieces that add to the dress. Rings, bracelets, the shoes, they all come together to complete the look and make the bride feel beautiful. Some brides make their accessories personal and add trinkets of their late family members which makes the day only that much special.
The Reveal
Weddings can be very emotional. However you are connected to the bride or groom, it can be emotional watching someone you care about make a vow to the person they love for the rest of their lives. A beautiful moment that never astounds us is the reveal of the bride in her dress. It could be her parents first time seeing their daughter in the dress or it would be the groom taking a first look at his bride; either moment is still magical. Tear of joy and surprise are a common theme when they take their first look and it has been an honor to capture yet another precious moment in their lives.
Like Father Like Daughter
Fathers do a lot for their daughters. They help raise us, they protect us and they teach us. Daughters, from the day that they are born, have their father wrapped around their small fingers and it is a beautiful relationship. The father holds an important role in the daughter's life so it's only natural that the father gets to walk the bride down the aisle to another man who will protect her. Fathers are their daughter strong rock through the ups and the down, he is there for her so today we would like to honor the many fathers who have been their for their daughters.
It's The Shoes
Shoes are a wonderful accessory that often gets glanced over. They give the bride stability as she walks down the aisle but who says stability can't be stylish? Brides who wear long dresses may not be able to show off their stylish choice but they know that they are wearing some amazing heels. Some brides add a little extra detail to their shoes or they prefer to go with a more subtle look and brides could go with either heels or flats but what ever the choice we cannot get enough of our brides shoes! They love wearing them and we love showing them. Never underestimate a good pair of shoes!
Bridesmaids' Dresses
Everyone understands the importance for the bride to find her dress but another thing the bride must do is pick out the dress or dresses that her bridesmaids will wear. If she has many bridesmaids then she needs to pick a color, style and length that fit all of the girls. It can be a hassle to pick that right dress. Most weddings have a color scheme and keeping to that color scheme can prove difficult when you have different skin tones. The bride knows what she wants and her bridesmaid are with her every step of the way and they get to wear gorgeous dresses! Whether the bridesmaids wear the same dress or completely different dresses from the next girl, they all look radiant because the bride knows best!
The Styling
The perfect hairstyle is hard to come by. Stylist have to take into account their hair texture and length to get that perfect braid or twist for the bride. The hair finishes off the overall look and beauty of the bride and that hair needs to stay well in place for the pictures, the ceremony and the reception afterwards. It's a wonder how stylist do it but we all know that a few pins can go a long way. The hair may look soft and flawless but we girls know the amount of hairspray that went into that hair and we know for sure that it is not moving anytime soon. If the hair is finished and looking flawless the bride can now slip into her lovely wedding dress with a care because she knows her hair looks amazing!
Boys and Their Boutonnieres
No tux is complete without the Boutonniere! They're beautiful, little flowers that add just a small dash of beauty to the men's suits. They can be subtle or they can be loud, either way we enjoy the lovely little things.

The Difference Between

We at Arden Photography love weddings, obviously, but there is always a certain charm that each couple brings to their wedding.
