"Laying in Wait"

Just like the wedding dress images, ring shots are amongst some of my favorite detail shots on wedding day. The rings laying in wait to be placed on the bride and groom’s finger are such beautiful images.

It’s hard to believe Wills will be 4 weeks old June 4th. He’s been growing fast and everyday I see little changes. Thanks @modeondavis for the photographs. I don’t know how I will narrow it’s down.

Happy due date and happy 2 week birthday to Wills. William and I took these photos the Saturday before he was born and I’m glad we fit them in. I ordered this dress for our baby shower and was super bummed it was cancelled. I’m sure everyone who had to cancel or postpone an event has been bummed. I’m glad I actually was able to wear the dress and I’m also very grateful to everyone who remembered his shower and has sent gifts. It’s been fun having packages arrive to the farm for him. Ive loved opening each item and hope we will be out soon so everyone can meet him. Thank you to everyone who been able to celebrate with us from a distance! 📸 @modeondavis

Wills nursery! He’s been really comfy in here. I can’t believe it’s almost 2 weeks since he arrived but not even his due date yet. It’s been nice enjoying some peaceful time with him in his room.

Announcing William David Upton IV “Wills”. Born May 4th 7lbs 15oz & 21 inches. He’s perfect and we are so happy. We knew we loved him before we met him and waited for his arrival. We’re obsessed with our little guy! William & I want to say thank you to everyone who’s reached out and congratulated us. Also, thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years waiting for baby Upton.

William and I have patiently waited to make this announcement for almost 7 years. We are in the home stretch and on the final countdown to baby Upton. I’m super excited and a little nervous. Everyone says this will totally change everything and I’m sure it will. We have no idea what to expect but pure love and excitement. I would like to thanks the village it’s taken to get us through many years of IVF. We are especially grateful to our family, friends and doctors who have held our hand and encouraged us during this journey. 📸: @modeondavis
