On a sun-soaked day in May, Lacy & Katie tied the knot at Windwood Equestrian. Surrounded by her bridesmaids, in pretty pastels, Katie laughed and enjoyed the morning while she waited to greet her groom. Katie added a patriotic touch to the inside of her wedding dress by sewing in a small American Flag. Christopher Confero pieced together this wedding with beautiful design and unique touches. Between Lacy's fun cuff links, Katie's joyful laughter, and their exciting grand exit, the couple's wedding was bursting with personality. Congratulations Lacy & Katie! Welcome to the world of "Confero"! Once again Christopher Confero has invited us on a magical journey of beauty and elegance. I met with Candace and Johnathan last year and they shared their vision of this extraordinary day with me. Everything from the custom bow-ties to Candace's cathedral length, lace veil was sheer perfection. The wedding ceremony and reception were both held at Workplay. After the couple "jumped the broom", they danced their way into the reception where they were introduced as husband and wife for the first time. After an amazing meal, provided by Kathy G & Company, Candace & Johnathan posed for portraits by the cake; which was made by Candace's mother. Congratulations Candace & Johnathan! Violet and Ken's wedding day was the epitome of glitz and glamour. The majestic Christopher Confero of Christopher Confero Design created a stunning scene of romance and sparkling whimsy. The couple was alight with happiness as they exchanged longing looks of love throughout the day. This was the party event of the year with The Atlanta Allstars performing, drinks pouring, and guests dancing all night long.

Christopher Confero was the vendor and event planner of this beautiful wedding. We love his work, we love working with him, we love him - in a totally normal, non-obsessive way, I promise…. Every wedding he plans is a dream, and we love photographing them! He was also the wedding planner for Arden and William's ceremony!
Can you tell we loved this wedding?? I mean come on, you know it is going to be awesome when you walk in to find a bunch of bridesmaids, hair in rollers, champagne flute in hand and cheering on their favorite football team! Kylee and Jay married beneath streamers blowing in the wind. Who doesn't love a groom in a bow tie and bridesmaids in mismatching dresses? We had such a great time capturing this wedding!

We are so fortunate to have the opportunity to photograph weddings all over the world. But, for some reason I'm always enthusiastic about those small college town weddings. These weddings are also known as SEC weddings. Usually, the entire bridal party attended an SEC school and there's a wedding cake that reflects their Alma Mater. Last month, we headed to the plains of Auburn where Matt and Cami exchange vows during a beautiful evening ceremony. Thanks to Christopher Confero, the day was absolutely perfect! The bride was stunning, the groom was dapper and the band was amazing! Congratulations Cami and Matt!

Last week we had the privilege of photographing a wonderful event for Brookwood Hospital at The Club. The event was in honor of their amazing and dedicated employees. Christopher Confero did a wonderful job with the decor. The hues of blue and white provided the perfect backdrop for a great evening!
